I don't know about you, but we blinked and it was December! Where did 2024 go? For us, it began with our Curvy Confidence Ambassador Search, and ended with two amazing collaborations with Maddy Zanatta and Splash of Colour. In between we celebrated women with International Women's Day, Mother's Day, and were part of Curve the Runway Plus Size Catwalk. What a fabulous year! 

We introduced new prints, colours, and styles to our collection, with new swimwear, cover ups, and accessories for you to fall in love with. Our beach cover up collection grew considerably as we came up with stylish and practical solutions for over swim and every day dressing. Not only did we serve up brand new styles but we added extra colours and prints to our existing best sellers. 

With all these new releases, you can be excused if you've missed some. So, here are all the fresh additions to our beach wear collection. These pieces are perfect for summer with generous sizes and beautiful styles cut for your curves.

Short Sarongs

Our short sarong skirts are a brand new offering. These fun and flirty wraps provide the perfect amount of coverage for the beach and pool. Our new short sarongs finish at the knee and can be tied at the side or wrapped around the hips. Made from a silky polyester, these sarongs are perfect to keep on hand in your beach bag as they won't crush and keep their shape. 

Available in two prints, Pansy and Snow Leopard, the short sarong wrap skirts can be paired with matching swimsuits or worn back with your classic block colours. The one size option easily fits up to a size 22.

Cotton Sarongs

Staying with our sarong offering, we've added yet more colours to our best selling coverup. The cotton sarong is a customer favourite and each season we serve up new colours to pair with our seasonal print collections.

This year we welcomed Cobalt Blue and Pink. These fabulous new shades join the rest of the cotton sarong family - Black, White, Navy, Teal, Coral, and Red. Our generous sized sarong wraps are ideal for covering your curves, whether you wear them as a skirt, dress, or over your shoulders. 

Be warned, it's hard to stop at just one colour.

Cotton Overshirt 

The cotton coverup collection also includes our much loved cotton overshirt. This super lightweight beach shirt is effortlessly chic worn over your swimsuit. This year we added the stunning Ocean shade to the range. Ocean is a dreamy deep turquoise that is universally flattering on all skin tones. You'll look and feel fabulous in this beautiful blue/green cotton overshirt as you head to and from the beach.

Mesh Maxi Dresses

It seems you were all ready for a sexy little something to wear to the beach and pool. The new Black and White Long Maxi Mesh Dresses have been a hit! We launched the Black earlier this year and have just released the White colourway for high summer. You are all loving this new, sexy style. 

Our mesh kaftans have been a favourite since their launch a few seasons ago. The fabric is perfect for the beach as it is waterproof, quick drying and the open mesh repels sand. The new long dress is a sleeveless option that skims over your curves, falling at the ankle. You'll love both classic colour offerings in this fabulous dress, and you'll want to live in them!

Snow Leopard Kaftan

We love a kaftan, you love a kaftan, so we made another kaftan! The Snow Leopard Kaftan is a kimono style coverup made from super soft 100% viscose. We love the generous "one size" fit that can be worn open or tied closed. The Snow Leopard print can be considered a neutral and worn with plain colours or clashed with other prints.

Tutti Frutti Long Skirt

We were blessed with a beautiful collection in November, when our collaboration with Maddy Zanatta came to life. We worked together with the wonderful Maddy to create a range of plus size swim and beach wear inspired by her love of the Italian summer. The Tutti Frutti collection was born, with the stand out piece from the collection being the Long Skirt. 

This stunning piece is both beautiful and versatile. As a skirt it can be worn with the tie at the front, side, or back. It can also be worn as a strapless dress or halter neck. Wear it over a matching Tutti Frutti swimsuit or throw on a cute t-shirt for a stylish day look. The print is bursting with cute fruits, spots and stripes, in the prettiest colour palette for summer. Terry Towelling Dresses and Shorts

Last, but definitely not least, we would love to introduce our Terry Towelling beach wear collection. Terry Towelling is a summer staple with its soft texture and easy wear. We wanted to create pieces that could be easily thrown on over your swimsuit or worn everyday. Shorts were an obvious choice, but the dress is something else. 

The Terry Towelling Zip Through Dress is basically a wearable towel. After a swim, surf, or shower, simply throw it on and go about your business. Whether that's sitting on the beach, heading home from the pool, or enjoying a coffee after your morning shower, this dress makes those moments so much more stylish.
